"Office Phone on Your iPhone We Love It"

This app should be running in the background to work properly! When I get calls they go to voicemail. I dont even get a chance to answer the call. When the app is open Im able to answer all calls just fine. This should be easy fix. If People dont want to run this app in the background they have the option to turn it off. This is good service to have.
